Change for Good
Overcome overwhelm. Put off procrastination. Get things done.
It’s all about clearing away outdated mental conditioning and melting emotional obstacles using techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (and other mind-bending tools). Plus, I’ll be sharing strategies to prevent overwhelm and procrastination in the first place, which all adds up to taking action and getting things done!
I incorporate exercises, live spot coaching and plenty of time for questions, so at the end of the workshop, participants have a fresh perspective and inspiration, PLUS action steps for after the presentation, and a selection of quick and easy tools (including worksheets) to use in a variety of situations in the future.
Hot Seat Group Coaching
Bring individual coaching to your group setting.
Hot Seat Coaching gives people the opportunity to be coached directly (usually between 3-5 in an hour), while the rest of the group learns from their situation and solutions. I am always sure to make the individual issues universal, so while I never know what’s going to come up, I always know everyone will leave with valuable insight and action steps for themselves — whether they were coached directly or not.

Cultivate a new habit. It’s one of the easiest ways to let something bigger slip into your life and create angst-free change. Much of the time, we think of habits as being problems, things we don’t want to be doing, that we do without really thinking about it. These exact things that make breaking bad habits hard, make getting what you want easy!
In this talk, I share how creating a small habit can help make a big change. Participants will be guided in choosing a habit that will support the change they want to create. I’ll also share a few mind-bending tricks that make habit creation easier and more fun.
